San Diego, CA USA Dr. Daniel Davis received a B.S. in Psychobiology from UCLA and his M.D. from UCSD. He did an internship at Mercy Hospital in San Diego and an emergency medicine residency at UCSD. He then completed a research fellowship in neuroanesthesia at UCSD. Within his department, Dr. Davis has served as Ultrasound Co-Director, Medical Student Director, and Founder/Director of the UCSD Emergency Medicine Research Associate Program. He is currently the UCSD Resuscitation Director, Founder/Director of the UCSD Center for Resuscitation Science, UCSD Rapid Response Team Medical Director, Regional Medical Director for Mercy Air Services, and UCSD Base Hospital Medical Director. For the institution, Dr. Davis serves as an executive committee member of the UCSD School of Medicine Admissions and Recruitment Committee and sits on the Critical Care committee. He has recently assumed the position of Principal Investigator of the Resuscitation Outcomes Consortium Grant. |
