Li Yang, MD Beijing, CHINA Dr. Yang is a Professor of Medicine in the Renal Division of Peking University First Hospital and Director in the Institute of Nephrology at Peking University, where she directs clinical acute kidney injury, renal pathology, and basic research in nephrology. She is committee member of the International Society of Nephrology Commission on Acute Renal Failure. She received the M.D. degree from Peking University in 2001, and has been on the faculty at Peking University First Hospital since 2001. She was a Research Fellow, granted by the International Society of Nephrology, in the renal division of Brigham and Women's Hospital at Harvard Medical School, from 2007-2010. Her research interests are in the fields of acute kidney injury, drug associated kidney diseases and renal pathology.
